Liverpool made it two wins from two in their pre-season with a 5-0 victory over Fleetwood Town at Highbury last night.
Marko Grujic had an eventful first 45 minutes in a Liverpool shirt as he won a penalty - only for Danny Ings to see his spot-kick saved - opened the scoring and rattled the woodwork as he made a decent first impression on Liverpool supporters.
Jurgen Klopp selected two different sides for each half and it was the second side that got the goals really flowing.
Jurgen Klopp sees room for improvement, and told his players that he wanted more from them at half-time, even if he did proceed to make changes but he is aware there is much work to do - though there are some positives.
Many players now have more minutes in their legs, Grujic was impressive on debut and Woodburn impressed among senior players - though it is only pre-season and there is plenty of room for improvement ahead of the Premier League opener against Arsenal on 14th August.
