Martin Skrtel has officially left Liverpool after completing a move to Turkish side Fenerbache.
The defender was heavily linked with a move away from Anfield this summer after falling out of favour under Jurgen Klopp. He made just 27 appearances in their 63 games across last season, and that was unlikely to improve next season.
His departure brings an end to a nine-year spell at the club, after originally joining from Zenit St Petersburg in 2007. During that time he was a regular in the heart of defence, going on to make over 300 appearances in all competitions.
His time at the club has been an eventful one, in which they regularly reached the latter stages of the Champions League under Rafa Benitez and challenged for the Premier League under Brendan Rodgers.
Unfortunately it did not prove to be a highly successful spell, with just the League Cup success in 2012 under Kenny Dalglish his only trophy.
Here is a collection of pictures from his time at Liverpool.
