West Ham United's new boy invites fans to dream next season.
Leicester City won the competition last term in a fairytale which has expanded people's expectations as far as potential challengers go.
West Ham themselves spent much of the campaign defying the odds but their Champions League qualification bid came unravelled in the final weeks of the season, eventually finishing seventh.
Still, Slaven Bilic's pre-season recruits last summer - including the likes of Dimitri Payet and Manuel Lanzini - both have one year of English football under their belt.
Add that to the fact the Irons will have several more signings for next season and the fans will be optmistic that a very good season lies ahead - but how good?
Tore, who joined West Ham on a season-long loan from Besiktas, feels that he and his new team-mates should be aiming to replicate Leicester City's achievement and going all the way.
“Everyone wants to win the Premier League. Leicester did it last season and have showed that anything is possible in football," he told the club's official site.
“Why can't we do the same? Of course I want to win trophies as well, but the most important thing is that everyone works hard together."
West Ham have signed six players so far this summer but only Toni Martinez - who joined from Valencia - fetched a transfer fee.
Sofiane Feghouli, Ashley Fletcher, Havard Nordtveit, Domingos Quina all joined on Bosman deals, while Tore, as mentioned, joined on loan.
