West Ham United's move for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca is back on after the Colombian striker agreed personal terms with the Irons, according to Mediaset Premium (via Football Italia).

It was reported by Gazzetta dello Sport on Tuesday evening that the 29-year-old's prospective switch to West Ham had hit a snag over his salary request.

However, Mediaset Premium, via Football Italia, have now suggested that Bacca's switch to the Irons will go ahead after the Premier League side made an improved offer regarding personal terms.

It goes on to claim that the former Sevilla hitman will earn roughly 3.3 million per year with the London club, whose £25 million offer was accepted by Milan.

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic

If true, it represents a major coup for manager Slaven Bilic, who might finally have his hands on a striker after months of speculation.

Plenty of names have been linked, including the likes of Alexandre Lacazette, but it appears as if Bacca will compete with Andy Carroll for the number nine shirt next term.

West Ham also have Diafra Sakho as an option at the moment, but the Senegalese striker is not expected to stay with the Hammers beyond this summer.
