The Italian marksman left Southampton for a Chinese move on Monday.
The 30-year-old left Southampton on Monday to join the Chinese club in a £13 million deal.
Joining the Chinese Super League outfit is certain to earn the Italian hitman a very handsome salary.
He was brought to Southampton by Ronald Koeman - now at Everton - in 2014, with his form for the Premier League club over the past two years leading to an Italy debut and later spearheading his country's attack at Euro 2016.
Pelle netted twice in four games for the Azzurri in France, and Pruzzo has intimated that he owes his big-money move to China to Conte, who undoubtedly raised his profile by bringing him into the international fold.
“I could not care less about Pelle’s step to China, but I think he should divide the money he earns with Antonio Conte," he told TMW.
Pelle scored 30 times in 81 appearances for Southampton and a lot of supporters will certainly miss him, but it is a new era at the club now following Claude Puel's appointment and the French manager will look to put his own stamp on proceedings.
