Juventus have rejected a bid from Everton for Daniele Rugani, according to Calciomercato.com.
It has been reported by the Italian news outlet that Everton made an offer of €30 million (£25.5m) for Rugani.
The Italian champions, though, have turned down that offer, as they are not looking to sell the 21-year-old defender in the summer transfer window, according to the report.
Rugani is a talented young centre-back who has been on the books of Juventus since the summer of 2015, having spent the 2012-13 season on loan for their youth team.
The youngster failed to get much playing time for the Italian giants last season. The central defender made just 17 appearances in Serie A during the 2015-16 campaign, creating one chance in the process.
Rugani had a pass accuracy of 89% and a shot accuracy of 50%, and won 22 headers, seven dribbles and 22 tackles.
In one Champions League appearance for Juventus during the 2015-16 season, the youngster had a pass accuracy of 83% and won one tackle.
