Isaiah Brown celebrates after scoring the first goal for Chelsea
Speculation has mounted that Rangers could make a move for Chelsea wonderkid Isaiah Brown, triggered by the player himself.
The Scotsman report that Brown has been 'liking' messages on Twitter regarding Rangers, with the article describing it as the player 'hinting at a move'.
While speculative, a move for Brown on a season long loan makes a lot of sense, both for the two clubs and for the 19-year-old, who has one first team appearance for Chelsea.

Brown, also known as Izzy instead of Isaiah, was snapped up by the Blues after making his debut for West Brom at just 15, but has found it a struggle to establish himself in Chelsea's XI despite heroics at youth level.
At Chelsea he has led the under-19 team to winning the UEFA Youth League, the under-18s to the FA Youth Cup, and netted 11 goals and provided 10 assists in 37 under-21 games.
He has also represented England through to under-19 level, and played a key role in their under-17 European Championships win.

Last season he was loaned out to Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem, and he did not make the desired impact, scoring only once, although was used mostly as a substitute.
This makes the chances of a step up to Chelsea next season unlikely, and he needs to try again on loan. Rangers would be a quality destination, especially given manager Mark Warburton's track record of working with and improving young players.

Brown is capable of playing out wide on either flank or up front, and that versatility across the front line could be invaluable for the Gers.
While an out and out striker should be a priority for the Gers, they should be looking to make a permanent signing in this area.
A deal for Brown to play in support of that as yet unidentified front man could be the smartest loan deal they make this summer, if indeed there are legs in the rumours.
