Speaking to the club’s official website, Jurgen Klopp has made a promise to any club that signs Liverpool players on loan this summer.

The Reds are expected to be busy in the transfer window as a number of new faces are expected at the club. There is likely to be a series of departures also, with Klopp keen to trim what is currently a big squad at Anfield.

When the full group is back at his disposal for pre-season, he will have 38 players to deal with, and while permanent exits look likely, several young stars could also head out on loan.

Klopp has refused to confirm if the latter will happen, but has made a promise to any side securing a player on loan from Anfield.

“We will have to make a few decisions,” he told liverpoolfc.com.

“But each club that takes a player from us can be sure he has had two or three weeks of really hard and intensive training in his legs and will be as fit as possible.”

It now remains to be seen how many Liverpool players will be heading out on loan this summer.

Much is likely to rest on the work that Klopp does in the summer transfer window, with more signings likely to mean more players departing the club.

Should that not happen and signings be limited, then there is every chance that the German boss will opt to use the youngsters as he did last season.
