The defender was the subject of fierce criticism from Reds fans last season and has been widely tipped to leave Anfield.
Moreno was the target of a great deal of criticism last season from some sections of the Reds support after suffering inconsistent form throughout the campaign.
That scrutiny reached its peak during the Europa League final in May, when the left-back suffered a torrid second half as Liverpool gave up a one-goal lead to lose 3-1 to Sevilla.
Liverpool fans were less than sympathetic towards the Spaniard after that collapse, and it has been widely suggested in the media that the 24-year-old would be sold by Jurgen Klopp this summer.
However, Moreno has served up a defiant response on his personal Instagram account and appeared to suggest that he will be staying on Merseyside as he posted a photo of himself in training with the captain "I'M RED".
Liverpool are light in the left-back position, with only youngsters Brad Smith and Joe Gomez as the club's other options, and that could well be enough to see Moreno given another chance by Klopp.
However, with no European competition to look forward to next season the Reds perhaps do not need quite as big a squad as some of their Premier League rivals, and if a new first-choice left-back is brought in this summer it would not be too much of a surprise to see the club listening to offers for the Spaniard.
