The striker is still banging them in for the Dutch club, with reports of a move to Tottenham yet to produce anything concrete.

And what's more, last season's Eredivisie top scorer banged in a couple of goals during the match.
There had been rumours, from the likes of the Mirror, that Spurs were edging closer to securing the signing of the Netherlands international, with various comments emerging from both the player and AZ over the last week.

If anything, it looked like the player's desire to move was firmly at odds with his club's willingness to sell, suggesting a possible breakdown in relationship.
But other reports such as ESPN suggested the Dutch club were no closer to agreeing to a move, the 22-year-old was firmly in the starting line-up for AZ's friendly with Polderse Selectie.
Playing just the first 45 minutes, Janssen managed to score twice to help AZ into a 4-0 lead by half time.

Though Janssen's quality shouldn't be judged on half a friendly match at the start of pre-season, especially as AZ ended up winning the match 9-0, within the context of his recent seasons it is proof that Tottenham are chasing a striker bang in form.
What Daniel Levy and Mauricio Pochettino really wouldn't want to happen is for Janssen to get an injury that jeopardises any move he could make this summer, while it is also likely that if the Dutchman scores an absolute bucketload ahead of the transfer window it will only underline his quality and importance at his current club.
