Besiktas winger Gokhan Tore
The Hammers have snapped up two players on free transfer this summer, as midfielder Havard Nordtveit and winger Sofiane Feghouli have arrived on Bosman deals.
Even after landing Feghouli from Valencia, manager Slaven Bilic has been keen to add another winger to his squad, even despite having the likes of Dimitri Payet, Manuel Lanzini and Michail Antonio available to play out wide.
Now, the London Evening Standard report that Bilic is set to reunite with Besiktas star Gokhan Tore, with a loan deal seemingly in place for the winger.
Tore, 24, has already had one stint with a Premier League club having played for Chelsea before moves to Hamburg, Rubin Kazan and now Besiktas, where he worked under Bilic.
With 19 goals and 28 assists for Besiktas, Tore has impressed in Turkey, and is now on the verge of a reunion with Bilic, with West Ham allegedly agreeing a loan deal after weeks of negotiations.
Bilic was believed to be determined to land Tore and work with him again, and he'll add pace and quality to the West Ham flanks, whilst also offering a natural left footer.
Payet, Lanzini, Antonio and Feghouli are all right footed, so Tore will add some balance to the Hammers' attack - and if he impresses, he could earn a permanent move to East London, just as Lanzini did last season.
Do you think Tore will be a good signing for West Ham?
