Belgium's Axel Witsel
Chelsea have hijacked Everton's move to sign Axel Witsel, report The Sun.
It is claimed the Blues have agreed personal terms with Witsel's representatives, although they are yet to settle on a fee with his club, Zenit St Petersburg.

The report claims Everton had been leading the race for Witsel's signature, with the player keen on a move to the Premier League.
The defensive midfielder would be the second Belgian signed by new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, potentially joining striker Michy Batshuayi, who clinched his move at the weekend.
Talks over his future have accelerated after Belgium's elimination at Euro 2016.

Neither side can offer European football next season, but Chelsea can out muscle Everton financially despite the Toffees' recent investment.
Everton do have two Belgian internationals of their own who could sway Witsel into a deal, with Kevin Mirallas and Romelu Lukaku still very much part of the squad.
No deal has been clinched yet and Ronald Koeman's side can still win the race for Witsel, but Chelsea have just made it a lot more complicated.
