Leeds United have added another player to their ranks.
Leeds United have confirmed the loan signing of Sporting Lisbon B player Hadi Sacko on their official website.
The 22-year-old previously starred for French clubs Bordeaux, where he featured 23 times, and Le Havre, where he netted four goals and provided three assists in 18 appearances.
His move to Portugal did not go according to plan, with the wide man quickly moved into the B team, where he has scored 10 goals and set up five more in 54 appearances to date.
Sacko made headlines earlier this week when he was caught on camera with Leeds’ squad ahead of their pre-season tour to Ireland, and now the deal has officially gone over the line.
Sacko is predominantly a right winger although he can also play on the opposite flank if required, while he is also able to play as a secondary striker or a centre forward.
The Frenchman becomes Garry Monk’s third summer signing since he took charge at Leeds, following fellow loanee Kyle Bartley and Swedish forward Marcus Antonsson, with more additions expected to follow in due course.
