According to the Express, Romelu Lukaku is seeking talks with Everton about his future at the club.

The striker is keen to leave the club this summer as he wants to play Champions League football next season.

However, the Blues are determined to hold onto one of their key men and have told him in no uncertain terms that he will not be leaving.

They have no need to sell their players now that they are backed by the funds of new shareholder Farhad Moshiri.

And as a result the Iranian businessman and chairman Bill Kenwright will tell Lukaku that he needs to stay at Goodison Park this summer.

According to the Express, they have put a £75 million asking price on his head to try and ward off any interest in his services.

That has already put off former club Chelsea, who were keen to take him back to Stamford Bridge this summer, according to the Daily Star.

They were put off by the huge asking price that Everton have put on the Belgian, and instead opted to make a move for his Belgian teammate Michy Batshuayi instead.
