Rangers midfielder Joey Barton has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Romelu Lukaku’s performance for Belgium against Wales on Friday evening.

Lukaku featured for Belgium in the Euro 2016 quarter-final tie against Wales at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Villeneuve-d’Ascq.

The Everton striker started the match and played for 83 minutes, but he failed to do much of note.

Belgium were favourites to win the European Championship quarter-final tie, but it was the Dragons who emerged victorious.

Wales staged a stunning 3-1 comeback victory to book their place in the semi-finals of the prestigious competition.
