Hal Robson-Kanu speaks highly of Tottenham Hotspur and Wales international defender Ben Davies.

Hal Robson-Kanu has told The Times that Tottenham Hotspur and Wales international defender Ben Davies is very reliable.

Robson-Kanu and Davies are on international duty at the moment, playing for Wales at the ongoing 2016 European Championship in France.

Chris Coleman’s side have reached the quarter-finals of the prestigious competition and will take on Belgium on Friday evening for a place in the last four.

Davies has been one of the better players for Wales at the Euro 2016 finals in France so far.

Former Reading forward Hal Robson-Kanu, who is available on a free in the summer transfer window, has spoken highly of the ex-Swansea City left-back.

“Another Mr Reliable,” Robson-Kanu told The Times about Davies. “Has a dry sense of humour and, as he has shown in the team quizzes, he’s a very clever lad. World champion at Fifa on PlayStation.”

In four appearances for Wales at the Euro 2016 finals in France so far, Davies has created one chance, has a pass accuracy of 77%, and has won six headers, three dribbles and four tackles.

During the 2015-16 campaign, the left-back created 15 chances in 17 Premier League matches for Tottenham.

The 23-year-old had a pass accuracy of 76% and a shot accuracy of 33%, and has won 23 headers, six dribbles and 22 tackles.
