Giuseppe Bellusci is nearing a move to Empoli, according to reports in Italy.
Stop and Goal report that Empoli and Leeds United have reached an agreement that will see Bellusci leave the Whites this summer.
It is claimed Bellusci will leave Leeds on a season long long, with the Italian side having an option to buy of two million Euros once the loan finishes.

The outlet claim the switch is at a ‘very advanced’ stage, with the agreement reached over the last few hours.
Bellusci signed for Leeds United two summers ago from Catania, but has had a mixed time at Elland Road, and a run of high profile mistakes late in the season saw him axed from the side.

The defender was absent from Leeds United’s pre-season training this week, with the Yorkshire Evening Post reporting this was for ‘family reasons’.
A deal of a loan could be considered unsatisfactory as it would mean there is no up front payment for Bellusci now, even if his exit reduces their wage bill.
