William Dobson, who helped lead U.S. loan trading at Deutsche Bank, has left the company, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Bloomberg News reports that Dobson, 48, departed on Tuesday, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing personnel. He co-led the business with Mike Eilert until February, when Eilert became sole head of the group, one of the people said. A managing director, Dobson joined the bank in June 2009 from Goldman Sachs, where he worked since 2005, according to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records.

In the meantime, Bloomberg also reports that Steve Lieblich, the three-decade Morgan Stanley technology veteran, is joining Citadel LLC as chief technology officer of the firm’s hedge-fund business.

Lieblich will report to CEO Kenneth Griffin when he starts later this year, according to a statement from the Chicago-based money manager and securities firm. Morgan Stanley informed staff earlier Monday that Lieblich is stepping down as its chief information officer to join a client.
