The Fulham striker will become Brendan Rodgers' first signing at Parkhead.
Dembele is reportedly Celtic-bound
The 19-year-old is said to be in Glasgow undergoing a medical, with the Bhoys reportedly beating off competition from some of Europe's biggest clubs to land him.
Dembele is out of contract at Craven Cottage, though according to the Mail Celtic will pay around £350,000 in compensation as the player is under the age of 24.
New Parkhead boss Brendan Rodgers is yet to make any new signings since taking over from Ronny Deila a month ago, but has been busy clearing the decks for a new striker.
Rodgers' recruitment drive looks to be underway
Colin Kazim-Richards, Anthony Stokes and Carlton Cole have all been moved on in recent weeks, with Stefan Scepovic following the trio out of Glasgow earlier today.
Scepovic signed for Getafe on Tuesday
According to Sky Sports, Tottenham Hotspur had an offer accepted for the France Under-20 international in January, but the deal fell through after Fulham requested the player's return on loan.
