The incoming group of businessmen are set to take over an 80% stake of the club to become the controlling power of the European giants.
They are planning to pump major funds into the club to try and help rebuild them into the powerhouse that they once were.

The manager will be offered a transfer budget of €100 million per season to ensure that they can compete for top players and that man will be Everton striker Romelu Lukaku according to Italian media outlet Corriere dello Sport.
The forward has been heavily linked with a departure from Goodison Park this summer after scoring 25 goals in all competitions last season.

He, and his agent Mino Raiola, have talked consistently about looking to make the step up to club challenging in Europe.
That would surely rule out a move to Milan, who only managed a 7th placed finish in Serie A last season and missed out on European football, although as always, money could convince the player to make the switch.
