Would this have happened at Anfield? Not very likely!
Liverpool physiotherapist Chris Morgan with Steven Gerrard
Liverpool icon and former England captain Steven Gerrard won't have been impressed with the way LA Galaxy attempted to spell his name on the back of his shirt, during Sunday's 1-1 draw with San Jose Earthquakes.
It's easy for English fans to point at the Galaxy's clanger with disbelief, purely due to the fact that Gerrard is one of the most famous footballers to come out of England, or Europe, over the last 25 years, but to the Californian side's credit they dealt with their mistake in as good natured way as possible, taking to Twitter to joke with a typically West Coast twist.

Gerrard, unaware or undeterred by the fact he was running around in a shirt that sounded like a Frosties commercial, would set up former Spurs and Barcelona forward Giovani Dos Santos to equalise for the home side with a super cross from the right - the Mexican nodding in at the far post.
The former Premier League star, who made 114 appearances for England, has featured 11 times in the MLS this season, scoring twice, and has made 28 appearances for the Galaxy in total since leaving Merseyside in 2015.
Maybe next time he takes to the pitch he'll be wearing Gerrawesomed.
