England striker Harry Kane will not reflect on Euro 2016 fondly, failing to score a single goal in the tournament.

Kane was back in the starting line-up after losing his place against Slovakia in the final group game, but could not find a way to effect the game in the loss to Iceland.

England suffered a humiliating 2-1 loss to exit Euro 2016, and Iceland will go on to play France in the quarter-finals.

Kane was also perplexingly back on corner kick duty, even taking free-kicks too.

He looked lively in the first half but faded in the second, with England's cohesion breaking down as they failed to find a way past a resolute Iceland side.

His performances this summer have been among the most disappointing given his Spurs heroics, and the striker caught his fair share of flak on social media.
