Germany beat Slovakia 3-0 at Euro 2016 this evening.
Germany's Julian Draxler in action with Slovakia's Milan Skriniar
Germany coasted into the last eight of Euro 2016 with a thumping 3-0 win over Slovakia in Lille earlier today - and Julian Draxler stole the show.
The world champions went into the game with some questions marks after an unconvincing passage through the group stage, but they showed their title credentials once again with a comfortable victory.
Defender Jerome Boateng got the scoring started with a thumping volley from long range, before Mesut Ozil missed a penalty after Mario Gomez had been fouled.
Gomez got the second when Draxler had danced through the Slovakia defence and laid the ball on a plate, and Draxler then sealed the win with a close range volley from a Mats Hummels header.
Joachim Loew's side will now take on Italy or Spain in the last eight, and whilst they will found out just who they will play on Monday, the attention tonight is all on Draxler.
The Wolfsburg star was left out of the side against Northern Ireland earlier this week, but showed why he's so highly rated with a scintillating display.
The 22-year-old was unplayable down the left hand side, dazzling with superb close control whilst also having the end product to go with the approach play - and it all came on the day he was linked with a huge move to join Manchester United.
The Mirror report that, if United can't sign Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan, they will turn their attentions to a £38m move for Draxler; and it's fair to say fans were impressed with his performance against Slovakia.
Fans took to Twitter to state that Mourinho needs to get Draxler signed up this summer, with supporters raving about his performance - some even claiming that no player has impressed more than the German star did today.
Here are some of the reactions from United fans after Draxler's performance against Slovakia...
