The 37-year-old has extensive experience of Scottish football having spent six years at Rangers, even a scoring a penalty help fire them into the 2008 UEFA Cup final, before enjoying spells at Dundee, Raith Rovers and Greenock Morton.
Should Novo join East Kilbride, it could prove a massive draw for the club, who played Celtic in the last 16 of the Scottish Cup last year and have a home capacity of around 600.
