Celtic defender Kieran Tierney was handed a five year deal at Parkhead earlier today.
Celtic fans are delighted with the news that Kieran Tierney has signed a new contract at Parkhead today.
Tierney has put pen to paper on a new five-year contract, which puts an end to any speculation that he could have left the Glasgow club this summer.
The full-back has attracted the attentions of a host of Premier League clubs, but he has decided that his development would be best served by staying at Celtic.
And Bhoys fans are delighted that their prized prospect has committed to staying with the club for the long-term.

Tierney was handed his first chance in Celtic’s team towards the back end of the 2014/15 campaign, and his reputation has developed rapidly since.
The defender became a key part of Ronny Deila’s starting line-up last term, and ended up as one of Celtic’s most consistent performers.
His displays earned him Celtic’s Young Player of the Season award, and he is widely expected to play a key part for Brendan Rodgers’ side this term, as they aim to secure the Scottish Premiership title for the sixth consecutive year.
