England's Eric Dier in action with Slovakia's Juraj Kucka
England boss Roy Hodgson rung the changes for their final group game, mixing the team up against Slovakia.
While five Tottenham Hotpsur players had started each of the previous two matches, only one retained his place in the starting line-up for the match in Lyon, the excellent Eric Dier.
Dier was once again impressive in the midfield holding role, looking as assured as he has done for club side Tottenham all season long.

His temperament this tournament has been outstanding, looking anything but daunted, seizing his chance to impress on the big international stage for the first time.
While England could only draw 0-0, it was not through a lack of effort on Dier's part. The midfielder completed 90 per cent of his passes while managing 71 touches - more than any England player.
