Bournemouth trio Artur Boruc, Steve Cook and Tyrone Mings have taken to social networking site Twitter to wish Tommy Elphick the best of luck at Aston Villa.
Elphick has left Premier League outfit Bournemouth to move to Championship side Villa.
Elphick joined Bournemouth in the summer of 2012 and soon established himself as a key figure in the team.
The 28-year-old defender captained the Cherries from the Championship to the Premier League at the end of the 2014-15 season.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion man suffered with ankle injury last season and could make just 12 appearances in the Premier League for Bournemouth during the 2015-16 campaign.
Elphick scored one goal, created one chance, had a pass accuracy of 82% and a shot accuracy of 100%, and won 36 headers and five tackles.
Bournemouth fared quite well in the Premier League last season and played good football.
As for Villa, they finished at the bottom of the league table in the English top flight and will feature in the Championship during the 2016-17 campaign.
