Former Queens Park Rangers midfielder Alejandro Faurlin has taken to social networking site Twitter to congratulate Clint Hill on his move to Rangers.
Faurlin, who was also released by the London side at the end of last season, is happy to see his former QPR teammate join Rangers.
The Argentine midfielder played with Hill at the Rs, and he has revealed that he told the new Rangers signing that he would play until he was 40 years of age.
Hill is 37 years of age, and many Rangers fans will question how much of an impact he would be able to make on the team in the Scottish Premiership.
The former Stoke City and Crystal Palace defender has a lot of experience, though, and that will be important for Rangers, as they return to the top flight of Scottish football.
Mark Warburton’s side will be aiming to compete for the Scottish Premiership title with Old Firm rivals Celtic next season.
