He is currently at Euro 2016 with Wales, and his impressive performances so far as interest is starting to build in his services.
He already has an offer from Scottish champions Celtic, with Brendan Rodgers already having made an offer to him this summer.
They face strong competition for his services though, with Aston Villa and West Bromwich Albion both also keen on the player according to the Daily Star.
Reading manager Steve Clarke
West Brom can offer Premier League football, but Villa could use Steve Clarke, who managed him at Reading, to talk him into making the move to Villa Park instead.
It is not the first time that both clubs have been interested in the forward, with HITC Sport exclusively revealing last summer that they were interested in the player while he was at Reading.
They were both willing to pay £2.5million for his services at the time so a free transfer this summer would surely be an even more tempting proposition.
