The defender looks likely to leave Arsenal this summer.
Arsenal's Mathieu Debuchy warms up
Besiktas are set to launch a move for forgotten Arsenal defender Mathieu Debuchy, according to Turkish newspaper Sabah.
The defender has fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates, with Hector Bellerin establishing himself as the number one right back in Arsene Wenger’s team.
He ended last season on loan at Bordeaux as he sought to get first team football and make it into France’s squad for Euro 2016.

An exit is looking extremely likely this summer, with him having been linked with a move to several clubs already.
The latest to join that list are Turkish side Besiktas who, according to Sabah, will make a loan offer with an option for a permanent deal for the Frenchman.

Whether Arsenal would be wiling to sanction another loan deal however, remains to be seen.
They are far more likely to want a permanent exit for Debuchy, who by all accounts has no part to play at the club in future.
It is also debatable whether Debuchy would fancy the move to Turkey either, with him more likely eyeing a stay in the Premier League.
