The defender has moved to Ibrox after his release by Queens Park Rangers.
QPR's Clint Hill
Mark Warburton’s side completed a move for veteran Hill on Friday, snapping him up following his release from Queens Park Rangers.
He becomes Rangers fourth summer signing, following the likes of Barton, Jordan Rossiter, Matt Crooks and Josh Windass in making the move north of the border.

His arrival adds some much needed experience to a relatively youthful squad at Ibrox as they head back into the Scottish Premiership next season.
He reunites with Barton after they played together at QPR for several years before Barton made the move to Burnley in 2015.
And the midfielder is pleased to be playing alongside the defender once again, saying it is a smart acquisition by the club.
“It’s a really smart acquisition by the club, given that Clint’s played in the Premier League in England,” he told rangers.co.uk.
“He’s someone you can absolutely hang your hat on on a daily basis. For Rangers, going back into the Scottish Premiership, the more influential characters we can add to what is already a very good group can only put the club in a great position.”

It will be interesting to see what further signings Warburton moves to make this summer after his work so far.
He has moved for low key captures so far, perhaps excluding the signing of Barton, as he has gone about building his squad for next season.
Rangers fans will be pleased with what they have seen so far, but they will surely be hoping there are bigger names arriving before the end of the transfer window.
