Koeman was confirmed as the new Everton manager this week after leaving Southampton.
Speaking at Ronald Koeman’s first press conference as Everton manager, Bill Kenwright has says he has told the Dutchman that he has never seen the fans as united as they are about his appointment.
The Dutchman was confirmed as the new Everton manager this week after they finally completed his move from Southampton.
He replaces Roberto Martinez at the club after he was sacked at the end of last season following a disappointing campaign.

The Blues had to fight hard to secure his signature, but his arrival has been one that has been widely approved by the Toffees fan base.
And Kenwright says he has told his new manager that he has seldom felt so much unison among the club’s fans as he has about his arrival.
“He made his impression before we met him,” he said.
“He’s very much the choice of the board, and from what I gather, a big choice of Evertonians. I’ve told him I’ve seldom felt so much unison in the fan base. He says all the right things, I’m impressed!”

Koeman’s attention now turns to the work he can do in the summer transfer window ahead of next season.
He has reportedly been handed big funds to overhaul the current playing squad, with reports suggesting he will have £100million plus at his disposal.
First though he must work on keeping his current stars at the club, with the likes of John Stones and Romelu Lukaku heavily linked with exits already.
