Manchester United nearly men faced off for France and Albania.
Former Manchester United under-21 duo Paul Pogba were reunited last night at Euro 2016 and looked thrilled to meet up once again.
The pair played together for six months at United, with Pogba leaving the Red Devils in the summer of 2012.
Veseli had signed just six months earlier from Manchester City, and was tipped for the top as a Swiss youth captain.
He has since switched international allegiances, playing for Albania, for who he was also eligible, and came off the bench last night as his country took on France.

Pogba also came off the bench in the fixture, playing a part in the 2-0 win for Les Bleus, with Antoine Griezmann and Dimitri Payet scoring the goals.
He has been tipped as one of the stars of the tournament, after winning four consecutive Serie A titles with Juventus since leaving Old Trafford on a free transfer.
Former pal Veseli's career has not been as successful. Despite impressing for the under-21s he was released 18 months after joining.

He joined Ipswich Town but failed to make the breakthrough at the Championship club, and was sent on loan to both Bury and Port Vale, before joining the latter permanently.
Last summer he decided to leave England and signed with Swiss side Lugano, where he has played regularly and earned a place in the Albanian squad.
At 22-years-old Veseli has plenty of time to realise his potential, and meeting up with old teammate Pogba should be a good reminder for him of what can be achieved.
