Vladimir Weiss inspired Slovakia to their first victory of Euro 2016 following the 2-1 win over Russia in Lille this afternoon.
The former Rangers man opened the scoring on 32 minutes, before Napoli favourite Marek Hamsik added a second on the stroke of half time.
Denis Glushakov pulled one back for the Russians with 10 minutes to go, but Weiss and Slovakia held on to move above England and level on points with Group B leaders - both of whom play each other on Thursday.
Weiss is fondly remembered at Rangers following his season-long loan spell at Ibrox during the 2010-11 campaign, and the winger remains a fan of the Gers to this day.
As a result, it will come as little surprise that Rangers supporters were delighted for the 26-year-old, who now plays in Qatar.

Weiss will be a keen observant next season as Rangers prepare for their big return to the Scottish Premiership, after Mark Warburton's side cruised to promotion following a four-year absence in the lower divisions last term.
