Germany's Mesut Ozil in action with Ukraine's Yaroslav Rakitskiy and Artem Fedetskiy
Aston Villa youngster Jack Grealish has taken to social networking site Twitter to hail Arsenal star Mesut Ozil as the king of assists.
Ozil was once again in fine form this past weekend, as he started and starred in Germany’s Euro 2016 opening clash with Ukraine.
He was his usual impressive self, helping the reigning world champions to dominate the game, providing the assist as Bastian Schweinsteiger added a late second.
It was the latest in a long line of assists from Ozil this season after he dominated the Premier League assist charts this past season.
One man who was impressed was Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish, who took to Twitter to label him the king of assists.

Ozil will now be hoping he can have a similar impact in the rest of Germany’s game this summer.
The world champions are keen to impress at Euro 2016 and add it to their 2014 World Cup success. They will need their key players to be in their best form if that is to happen, and Ozil is among those they will rely on.
