Kante has been on the books of Leicester since the summer of 2015 and has a contract with the Foxes until June 2019, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.

The France international was one of the best players in the Premier League this past season and was a key figure in Claudio Ranieri’s side’s stunning title triumph.

Premier League rivals Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur all want to recruit the 25-year-old, according to the report in The Daily Star.

Kante scored one goal and created 30 chances in 37 league matches for the Foxes during the 2015-16 campaign.

The midfielder had a pass accuracy of 82% and a shot accuracy of 28%, and won 38 headers, 47 dribbles and 125 tackles.

The form of Kante during the 2015-16 campaign was so impressive that he was included in the 23-man France squad for the Euro 2016 finals.
