Leeds United should try to sign Aaron Mooy on loan if he leaves Melbourne City for Manchester City in the summer transfer window.

Back in March, Michael Bridges suggested on social networking site Twitter that Leeds United should sign Aaron Mooy from Melbourne City in the summer transfer window.
The former Leeds man claimed that Mooy could be the player to push the Championship outfit to the Premier League (click here to read more).
Mooy’s stock has rise since, and it has now been reported that Premier League giants Manchester City are interested in signing the Australia international midfielder.
According to The Daily Star, City will sign the 25-year-old midfielder in the summer transfer window and will loan him out to a club in Belgium for the 2016-17 campaign.
The (reported) interest of the Citizens in Mooy underlines the quality of the former St. Mirren midfielder, and it would be wise of Leeds to make a loan move for him in the summer transfer window.
If City do sign the former Western Sydney Wanderers star and are willing to loan him out, then Leeds should make a move and it could work out well for all parties involved.
Garry Monk’s side would be getting a quality midfielder without paying any transfer fee, and City would get to see closely how good he is.
The Championship is a very tough and competitive league, and the rigorous nature of the division would prepare Mooy for the Premier League.
