The Sun report that Mane, 24, would cost up to £30 million but £10 million would be knocked off if Klopp threw the 20-year-old into the mix.
Ibe has bags of potential but things have not really worked out for him at Anfield since Klopp replaced Brendan Rodgers.
The young winger had arguably shown more promise under Rodgers, whereas quite a few players have certainly improved as a result of the German's appointment.
Ibe is certainly hot and cold and, as a result, Liverpool fans were conflicted as to whether the club should do the deal with Mane or not.
Ibe and 20 million for MAne would be worth a shout— Darren (@ImTipzy) June 12, 2016

@CurryboyMasood I wouldn't mind loaning Ibe out to Southampton for the season. Don't really want Mane though.— Reece (@BasslineKlopp) June 12, 2016
@DExpress_Sport if it's true that's a good deal for LFC,Southampton would want at least £17-20 Mil plus Ibe imo.— Leon (@leonlfc) June 12, 2016
Im claiming Sadio Mane is more technically proficient than Sterling— wb|3 (@wb_lowkey) June 11, 2016
Mane is surely an upgrade on Ibe at the moment. The Senegalese bullet netted 14 goals in all competitions this past season - including a hat-trick in the 4-2 win over Manchester City - and Southampton would undoubtedly miss him.
Ibe, on the other hand, is just potential at the moment, but it remains to be seen whether Liverpool is the place to help him kick on in his career.
If he hasn't shown hugely promising signs already, which he hasn't, then an exit may be on the cards.
