Bilic has admitted the club’s failure to secure the services of potential targets so far in the summer transfer window, but he has made it clear that he is not panicking.
The West Ham boss has also stated that he has urged club co-chairmen David Gold and David Sullivan not to panic.
"But as I said to the chairmen and the board, we are not panicking. We have a good team - if we can add something to that team to make us better than OK. If we don't, we have a good team.”
Bilic has also revealed that West Ham will scout the ongoing European Championship in France for potential signings.
“We aren't going to judge the players just based on their performances at the European Championships, but it will definitely help,” said the West Ham boss.
"It will help us to make our decision and there are definitely a few of them that we will have a detailed look at during the Euros.”
The European Championship will have stopped many clubs from making signings, especially of those who are featuring in France.
However, as Bilic suggest, clubs can use the tournament to make a better judgement of the players they are interested in.
West Ham enjoyed a successful 2015-16 season, and to have an even better campaign in 2016-17, they need to strengthen their team.
The Hammers will play in front over 50,000 fans at the Olympic Stadium next season, and the supporters will love it if the team push for the top six yet again.
