According to the Daily Mail, Rangers are in the race to sign Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw - and fans are certainly excited about the prospect of him arriving at Ibrox.

The Gers have already snapped up four new midfielders in Matt Crooks, Josh Windass, Jordan Rossiter and Joey Barton, but now the attention will turn to bringing in other players, such as a new striker.

Despite Martyn Waghorn and Kenny Miller combining for 49 goals in all competitions last season, manager Mark Warburton could move for another striker, with Bradshaw believed to be the top target.

The Welsh international, 23, has hit 20 goals in each of his two seasons for Walsall, having signed from Shrewsbury Town back in the summer of 2014.

A pacey striker with experience of playing up front on his own, Bradshaw is widely expected to leave Walsall this summer given that he has just one year left on his contract - and it's claimed that the Saddlers would want around £750,000 in order to part with him.

With Rangers believed to be stepping up their interest in the player, fans have been taking to Twitter to give their views on the reports, and it's fair to say that most fans are excited.

Gers supporters suggested that Bradshaw would be the ideal competition for top goalscorer Waghorn, and would want him signed as soon as possible due to the rising interest in his signature.

Others believe that Bradshaw fits exactly what Rangers need; a natural goalscorer, and are praying that the Gers can seal a deal and bring the Welshman to Ibrox...
