The Arsenal striker was on target during France’s 2-1 victory over Romania in their opening Euro 2016 finals on Friday evening.

Arsenal star Ozil was following the match, and he was pleased for his club teammate.
“Battler, had few good balls but had the merit of opening the scoring in a tight match,” Lizarazu wrote to Giroud on Twitter.
