Sanabria, who played on loan for Spanish club Sporting Gijon from Roma during the 2015-16 season, has been linked with moves to Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
According to Sport, European giants Barcelona want to sign the 20-year-old Paraguay international this summer, while talkSPORT recently reported the Spanish publication as claiming that Premier League outfit Tottenham are interested in the striker.
Sanabria is on international duty with Paraguay at the moment, and he has made it clear that he will not decide his future until after the Copa America Centenario in the USA finishes.
"I can only say that I am enjoying things at the moment and hope to continue that way,” Sanabria told Sport when asked about his future.
“I am currently only thinking about Paraguay. When the Copa America ends, I will know things for sure, and will announce it, but at the moment there is nothing certain.”
"I can not tell you anything about my future,” added the youngster. “I am not aware of anything as I do not handle these issues and am focused on the Copa America.
“It is all that concerns me right now because there is a great responsibility and I do not want to fail.”
The 20-year-old former Sassuolo striker scored 11 goals and created 12 chances in 29 La Liga appearances for Sporting during the 2015-16 season.
