Moussa Dembele celebrates scoring the second goal for Fulham
The French striker is out of contract at the end of the month and has been linked with plenty of teams, but it would appear that Gala have become the front-runners for his signature.
Fulham's Moussa Dembele looks dejected
Fotospor is just one of many sources in Turkey reporting the news that Gala have indeed met with the Cottagers player and come to an agreement over the player signing a contract to head to Istanbul to continue his playing career.
It comes on the same day that Fulham have announced their released and retained list. The Championship side confirmed on their official website that Dan Burn, Alexander Kacaniklic, Shaun Hutchinson, Jamie O’Hara, Stephen Arthurworrey, Liam Donnelly, Shane Elworthy, Jordan Evans, Dean O’Halloran, Ian Pino Soler, Ange-Freddy Plumain and Aaron Redford are all leaving Fulham this summer.
The statement made no reference to the future of Dembele – who Fulham are still keen to keep hold of.
However, it looks increasingly likely that Dembele will be on his way in the coming weeks.
