Leeds United could be turning out all in blue for away matches next season.
Leeds United fans have plenty to get excited about after the appointment of new manager Garry Monk earlier this month, and now a picture has emerged on Twitter that appears to show their away kit for next season.
The image shows a player – believed to be Lewis Cook although we cannot be sure given the slight blurriness of the photo – sitting in the dressing room surrounded by Leeds shirts.
In short, if this is a fake, it is a very impressive one.
The strip is all blue with yellow trimming and considering some of the monstrosities that football clubs have inflicted on their fans in years gone by this is an impressive effort.
Leeds finished last season in 13th place in the Championship, but despite going on some fine runs under former manager Steve Evans it was not enough to save his job.
Now it is up to former Swansea City manager Monk to get this great club back to where it belongs, and with the right signings this summer there is every chance Leeds could finally earn promotion to the Premier League after too long away.
