Harry Kane says he cannot wait for Euro 2016 to begin.
Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has expressed his excitement ahead of Euro 2016 after taking part in his first training session in France.
England flew out to their training base in the country on Monday, having played their last pre-tournament friendly last week.
Kane posted a picture of the team training ahead of their opening game on Saturday, when they face Russia in Marseille.
England's Harry Kane
Kane is expected to be part of England's starting line-up after his second successive season as Tottenham's top scorer, winning the Premier League golden boot this past campaign, netting 25 goals.
His success has led to record scorer Wayne Rooney's place coming under scrutiny, with the Manchester United striker facing being moved back into a midfield role, or left on the bench.
England's preparation has so far gone well, with three wins from three games in friendlies, against Turkey, Australia and Portugal, each by a solitary goal.
With a confidence boosting friendly win over Germany behind them in March too, there is belief among the players they can be successful this tournament.
England face Russia, Wales and Slovakia in the group stages and are strongly fancied to progress.
