Grealish is just 20 years of age and is rated as one of the more promising young players in England.
The youngster, who can play as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, has shown his talent only in glimpses so far.
Former Villa star Dublin has explained what Grealish needs to do in order to fulfil his potential in the coming years.
“Jack has got so much talent, he will come good again,” Dublin told The Birmingham Mail. “He will do well for Villa and he will get in the England squad, but he just needs to get his head right.
“If he does, I like him as a player. I think it’s just down to himself. First his attitude and his work ethic. From the outside looking in, if Jack Grealish gets his head down and the right attitude, it’s up to him how far he can go in his career, it’s up to him because he’s got that much talent.”
Grealish scored one goal and created 12 chances in 16 Premier League appearances for Villa this past season.
The youngster had a pass accuracy of 86% and a shot accuracy of 50%, and won one header, 24 dribbles and six tackles.
The England Under-21 international attacker could play a key role for Villa next season.
