Steve Evans has been discussing getting in shape at Leeds United.

Steve Evans left Leeds United this week, with his reputation actually enhanced by his spell at Elland Road.
The Scotsman changed his image in another way too, slimming down, as can be seen by his comparatively trim appearance by the final game of the season when he waved goodbye to the Leeds supporters.

Evans has been speaking about his weight loss to Radio Yorkshire after his removal as head coach, and admits it was a conscious effort to slim down, rather than the pressure of the job taking it's toll.
The Scotsman said that it was fear over the pressures which led to his decision to get in shape, hoping specifically to be fighting fit for this summer.
He said: "I wanted to be not only mentally sharp, but bodily sharp for the pressures which were going to come.
"A week before last Christmas I decided it was the time to do it. My family thought, 'you won't see it through Christmas, and then not till the New Year, but I kept at it.
"I've got two guys I work with and look after myself better. I feel really mentally and bodily sharp, and feel ready for whatever the next challenge is. I want a promotion campaign."
Evans may have missed out on getting the nod to lead Leeds next season, but the spell at Elland Road certainly did him plenty of good on a personal level.
