Manchester United are reportedly keen on Bordeaux’s Adam Ounas.

According to The Mirror, Manchester United have spoken to the representatives of Bordeaux starlet Adam Ounas ahead of a possible summer deal.
United got great results out of signing a French teenager last summer as Anthony Martial arrived from Monaco and impressed with 17 goals in all competitions.

Now, with Martial’s success fresh in their minds, it appears that United are ready to head back to Ligue 1 for another transfer target, with Adam Ounas on the radar.
Ounas, 19, joined Bordeaux back in 2013, and having impressed for their B team, he was brought into the first team this past season – and it’s fair to say he’s proven his worth with the Ligue 1 side.

With five goals and two assists in 28 games for Bordeaux this past season, Ounas has become one of the top young talents in French football, whilst also becoming a French Under-20 international.
A tricky left-footed playmaker who can play out wide or as an attacking midfielder, The Mirror now report that Ounas is wanted by Manchester United, with the Red Devils making contact with the teenager’s representatives about a summer move.

However, it’s claimed that Bordeaux won’t want to sell Ounas, and United may need to pay big money to land him – and whilst Martial’s success has been great, United must also hope that Ounas isn’t like the last player signed from Bordeaux, Gabriel Obertan.
