Former Premier League striker Jan Aage Fjortoft not impressed with Steve Evans sacking by Leeds.
Leeds manager Steve Evans
Former Premier League striker Jan Aage Fjortoft has taken a dig at Leeds United deciding to sack Steve Evans.
Leeds announced on their official website last night that they had parted way with Evans.
He is the sixth manager to be fired by owner Massimo Cellino in just over two years, with the club no better off than repeated mid-season finishes.

It feels a bit like Groundhog Day at Elland Road, and Fjortoft indicated that he felt the news was predictable, and that it would have been a shock if the club actually did keep the Scotsman.

Leeds have not fired their manager
Fjortoft played in the Premier League for Barnsley and Swindon, coming up against Leeds during these years.
His comments illustrate how many feel about Leeds from the outside looking in, that the regular managerial changes are expected, and it would be interesting to see them actually pick a manager and stick with him.
