Dimitri Payet did it again last night, scoring an incredible free-kick for France in an international friendly against Cameroon.

His strike proved to be the winner as Les Bleus won 3-2, following up a stunning set piece he scored for them versus Russia in March.

The Frenchman made a habit of scoring set pieces for West Ham last season too, with memorable strikes against Manchester United, Crystal Palace and Blackburn Rovers.

Payet made it onto the shortlist for the PFA Player of the Season Award, with his club performances the catalyst for his recall to the France team.

West Ham tied him to an extended contract earlier in 2016, which should help them to ward off extra interest which his international performances bring.

His free-kick against Cameroon was worthy of gracing a major tournament, and France's opponents at Euro 2016 will have to be particularly careful of giving away fouls in danger areas.
